Razorpay - Refund not successful

I paid **** to for the online course in a institute. But i didn't liked the course so I asked for refund. They said full refund is not possible so we can give ****. So i was ready. They processed refund on ** Jan ****. But razorpay didn't process that request. After ** days I got razorpay mail of support saying today we processed ur request and money will get deposited before * Feb ****. But still not received any amount. They just ignoring my request as they took ** days to process from their side and now also ** days but still not received.
