Travel Triangle - Refund not returned

I booked a trip to Dubai from Travel Triangle in March, ****. Though it was said by them that the hotel was nonrefundable, but when I called the hotel they said they refunded all amount to TT. now they are saying that the hotel refunded * night stay as against * nights. Also when asked to reschedule the flights they very conveniently said to do it ourselves. The Agent is also not cooperating. We rescheduled our flights ourselves and there had been a refund generated which went into TT account which I don't know whether they would give it back to us.
