I have booked flight tickets * no's round trip in the month of **th January **** from Hyderabad to Penang, Malaysia. But after some time, I realized we are not able to travel for a reason and I requested to transfer my tickets for sept ****. But they have aborted my ticket and said to refund me back ***** rupees instead of *****. I agreed started waiting for my refund. After a long conversation over phone and mails they have not refunded my amount.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
