I deposited an amount of Rs**** in my account but it’s been over ** days now the money didn’t reflect in my parimatch account nor did it got refunded. When I contacted the customer derive they asked for the screenshot of the transaction and also my bank account statement and later proceeded to tell me it’s been handled by specialist and will be taken care of in due time . It’s been ** days and I’m losing hope every second pls help
