After entering proper bank detail it shows that they’re refunding amount to someone else’s account because the account number showing on their system isn’t mine. So they’re taking money from your account but not refunding back to you and how come bank details incorrectly updated after the payment was initiated from my account.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
