hi,
i have have order no. SO******** some personal product's from club factory app. Number of items i have ordered were * but, i have recived * items bcoz two items were out of stock for which i have recived the refund. and they have delived me * items on **th Nov****.
after reciving them i have returned * item to them but they have given me the refund of * itme only. i am follwing them from last two months they are saying that we have recived only * item in our warehaouse.
i have showen them the pick up slip also on which there pickup boy has signed and written that he is picking six items. and he has mentiode his phone number. and he has call his boss that i am picking up six items at a time in stud of one item. he has taken the picture also of all the items. he told me that i stud of coming again and again i am picking all the items at as time.....
now, they are saying that we have recived only one items for which we have refuded u.... i am calling them and messeging them from last two monthes... but they just saying give as ** hrs time and proof that u given as * items. i ahve shown them the reicving but they not getting aragged.
