Sir,
My order no. S**********, vide invoice no. *********A***** dated ****.**.**,**.**.**, for purchase of JBL Charge K* Plus Portable Waterproof Bluetooth speaker inbuilt. But what I received was not the JBL product, because there is no monogram/tag/make mention on speakers as well as the box. In this regard, I have regularly complained through chat on the portal. To date, there is no fruitful reply nor exchange of the items against the delivered items. Kindly look into the matter and solve the problems. Thanks,
