Beardo.in - Refund not recived after 8 days of cancillation

I ordered some items from the fucking brand called as beardo.in, and imedialty cancelled the same, they bastard intimated that they will refund within *-* days. But they cheater brand not intiated my redund. Their contact no. Is unreachable, and if by mistake rings than they do no answers the call. And also they not reply to mail too.
It is just fucking basdard asshole brand.
