I had booked a flight for travel on March **. But on March ** the airline cancelled my flight and transferred the money to Make My Trip. I have tried many times to contact Make My Trip. They do not call us. All they do is provide us some links, which will take us to their home page. From there we cannot file our complaint. Today is July *. Now it is more than * months and they do not give me my money back. I have provided the screenshot of the email from the airline. They say they already refunded Rs. **** to Make My Trip
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
