Flipkart. com - refund not recieved

I have ordered a Asus zenfone * mobile phone on flipkart online shopping website on exchanging my old phone and I paid **** rs via online transfer after that at the time of delivery the old phone was not accepted for exchange giving a reason that the phone screen has a crack and the orders new phone was not delivered. After this they are suppose to send the refund the money within * buismee days but its almost ** days and i haven't recieved the refund yet. Everytime when I call the Customer helpline they are asking me to wait for * days but the issue is not resolved. I was in need of the money and am really fedip of this refund issue from past two weeks.
