Hi,
I had booked a ticket from mumbai to hyderabad of *th september ****. Ticket was booked on **th August.
It was cancelled. I have still not received the refund
It's more than a month now.
And I had to follow up as well. And after that also I haven't received the money
There is no response from customer care now
All I get in mail response is that, We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Please be informed that the refund will be initiated at our end and the amount will reflect back to the same bank account within **-** working days.
This reply I am receiving from **th August.
