Flipkart - Refund not received

I ordered Poco X* on the **th of oct during BBD.I was supposed to receive the package by ** Oct. On **, I tracked the package and it was still in their mother hub _MAL. Upon contacting I was assured that I would receive the package by **. I didn't receive any package on ** Oct, so I contacted the support team again and this time they promised to deliver it by **. Since I had to leave town on **, so I waited till ** and then canceled the order.
I was supposed to receive a refund by **. I am writing this tweet on **, still no refund. Have talked to a couple of support executives. One of them told me to contact the bank (sbi). The bank clearly said that if a transaction was made, it would have been shown. I have even sent them the bank statement too.
