I had order some groceries from Jio Mart on * July ****
Order No - *****************M .
The order was supposed to be delivered but it was delayed without any reason and have received a call from customer that wheather you want to cancel order or not thus I had cancelled the order after which the customer itself told me the money would be refunded within *-** days it has been two month now I have not received any response nor my refund dispite the fact I have complained *-* times whenever I call the customer care mentioned in the jio mart itself they tell me to wait for few seconds and disconnect the call the service has also disappointed me
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
