Supriya Dhar filed complaint against Club factory on Aug 31, 2020
I had ordered an AirPod pro on ** June **** this year from club factory. It was despatched via Delhivery courier on ** June as per the app notification and on courier website. The product never leaves the destination city for a month and it was returned back to seller due to COVID crisis. As per the one and last email from customer support at club factory they said it will be refunded within two working days of receiving item at seller end or one can ask for repeat order placement. The courier website showed returned to seller on ** July evening. Since then l am constantly emailing them to issue my refund but there has not been any communication so far from their end.
