I have ordered * items on the month of July before the Club Factory app was banned by Indian Government. * Items were shipped and got failed in custom clearance . So, it has been cancelled. One item is out of stock after the money is paid. So, I need my refund money. Its been nearly * months since cancelled. I am unable to follow up with the order since no proper customer support is available. Only FAQs are available. No call support is available. I am so worried about my refund money since I spent more on my orders.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
