I have booked a europe trip for ** may **** but due to mistake of mmt team our trip was cancelled and we have paid full amount it which was approx ****** but till date we have not received the amount only ***** has been refunded by them till date nor the trip has been recshedule.
From last three month i am taking daily follow up from them but there is no possitive response from there side and now they are not responding our phone calls,emails every one is just passing the issue from here and there.
It was not at all expeceted from such a big company at the time of taking money within a month full payment was taken from us and now no one is responding.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
