I purchased two products on the date **th of feb and I have not received refund till now. Myntra asked me many times to check with the bank and as they said I did that also but also after that bank said that the claim was rejected by the merchant bank as it is succesful from their end. I have contacted mynta no. of times now and my issue is still not resolved.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
