Myntra App - Refund not received

I had ordered a footwear ( Skechers Women Black Vinyasa Tiger Squad Embellished Flatforms) on **th June from myntra. It arrived around **th june. I tried the footwear out but due to fitting issues i decided to return it. I requested for the return on that very day. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The pick up happened around ** june. After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed i got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check".They should have not picked that up if there was a quality issue.
I called up the customer care but couldn't connect and I even try chat option but I never got anyone, they always says no executive available. Now they are saying thatbthe return is successful but I have not got the refund and they have closed my complaint. What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.
