IRCTC and SBI - Refund not received

My train which was on **/**/** was cancelled and I received a mail on **th that my redund has been processed on **/**/** I received another mail that amount has been refunded but the amount is not reflected in my bank account. I called IRCTC they told amount has been credited call your bank and check with them. I called sbi and they said there is no pending transaction check with irctc as the cancelled ticket has bank name as irctc (powered by irctc) I am not able to get any support from both the end please help.
