IRCTC and SBI - Refund not credited

I wish to inform you that,I have cancelled ticket PNR Number ********** on *th of October-****.
On calling to IRCTC they said that please contact branch with these details but they have closed my comolaints without any resolution on calling to branch they also did not solbed my issue
IRCTC says that they have processed my refund with Transaction ID ***************, and BANK REFUND TXN ID ********* for an amount of Rs. ****.* Refund processing date: **-Oct-****.
But the above amount has been not credited to my bank account for reference i am attaching my bank account statement of entire October month.
On calling to SBI customer care they are saying talk to IRCTC and IRCTC says talk to SBI.
I have also lodged a complaint on SBI portal Ticket No.********** but they have closed my complaints without any resolution.
I have also lodged a complaint on IRCTC Ticket Id:-******* but they have also not came to any conclusion with my complaint.
