Ravina executive customer assured me on **/**/** that my fastag request has been done successfully done a sum of rupees ***/- refund to you in your account but still my order does not show it has been cancelled and no one amount refunded to me till now my order id is ********** and complaint reffrence id is ********* please take a legal action against paytm so that I can receive my refund
