Very bad experience from OYO
I booked room at Khodal dham Kailas hotel at date */**/**. at that day local festival is there. book hotel by prepaid mode for easy check in. but on booking day at **:** PM hotel owner call me and say dont come at hotel, my hotel is full so please cancel your booking and stay at any other location.or he arrange a hotel of his relative at where i have to pay cash.oyo booking amount refund automatically. due to local festival no any hotels are available in between ** km area.so i contact to oyo customer care executive, he check his system and generate escalations.
at night at ** PM i am on highway with three *-* year old child . * old age mother , * adults and * ladies because of oyoroom malfunctioning.after that executive suggest me to hire any local property at any charges and say difference amount oyorooms will refund after submitting legal invoice. i submit invoice but still my difference amount not paid by oyo. i have all call recording conversation done with oyoroom executive at night.
