I had booked a room with AC in a hotel via Oyo rooms. ID: DIPY**** They asked to pay via Google I paid. Having proper ID still they booked at * km far and it's * am. When I reached the hotel manager denied to give room as it's not AC. Because, he already booked AC rooms How could be it possible?? I asked it's my booking but no. Immediately I called to Oyo then they started playing transfering calls I called them again and again. I am so much tried and also mentally exhausted worst behaviour. Also, asked for refund immediately because I don't have money. They said will in the morning and because of that I have to stay whole night on the bus stand. This is the worst. They are just as they hold of ** minutes they not answer. This is the worst behaviour of any company. I believe and they cheated. Still I called them now they are not receiving my call and it automatically got cancelled. Great job!! I want money back as well as a compensation of Rs **,***. As it is highly awful from a reputed company I had mentally exhausted totally. And the manager had no sense of taking. Even they didn't reply on what's app and there easy chat option. Thank you Oyo you did a great service to customers.
