Hi, I purchased motul engine oil( Quantity-*) from flipkart on **th September ****, it was delivered on **th September ****, Total amount was-Rs ****. However I decided to return all those items on **th September, and the pickup have been done on **th September. I received refund of * item(Rs.***) on **th September in my sbi account, but I have not received the refund of other two items(Rs. ****) till now. Flipkart promised me that,they will provide me refund on **th September,on contacting flipkart on *st. october they said that, I have to wait till *th October, I waited for it, and again I got a text from flipkart that, they will provide the resolution on *th October, on *th October(today) I received a call from flipkart, they said that, they had refunded the amount, but I have not received the amount. When I told this to him, he said, I will provide you resolution on *th October. I mean what is this, first they told me to wait till **th October, then they told me to wait till *th October, on *th October I received a text telling that I have to wait till *th October, on *th October I received a call saying that, your issue will be resolved on *th October. I am frustrated now. I want my refund ASAP.
