I placed and order for clothing items on July **, **** and as per the policy of **day return, opted for return as I was not satisfied with the products. Firstly, the site didn't give an option of pick up and made me self ship the products. Secondly, after I shipped the products, I never received the refund for the products even after multiple emails and calls. The customer care no is barred and they are not responding on emails. Also, on their social media page there a lot of complaints from other customers as well.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
