Stalk Buy Love - Package not Delivered. Exchange Refund button not working.

It's been * month and I haven't received my order till now. I don't know what's the progress as the app shows no update.
Placed on **st August ****
As there is no update or progress I want to cancel the order and want my total amount to be credited back into my account. But the refund/ exchange buttons are not working on the app and nobody is responding to my emails from customer care. The contact number isn't working as well.
Kindly help.
