Placed two orders on shopclues.com dated **/Nov/****. The order numbers are ********* and *********. My account is debited twice and the UTR nos are IGACJFSVP* and IGACJFSKH*. I received the refund for IGACJFSVP*, but not for IGACJFSKH*. Those guys are denying for the refund for IGACJFSKH*.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
