I had to cancel international flight because of family emergency. I cancelled on *nd March ****. It is a refundable ticket. I paid Rs.**,*** for the ticket out which they agreed to refund Rs.**,*** within ** hours otherwise they will pay additional Rs.****. I called MakeMyTrip and an agent said within * days from cancelling I will receive refund. Then I spoke to another agent and she was trying to be clever and told within * days I will receive. It is * weeks now and I still have not received. Also it is getting harder to get hold of them now. Also they made it difficult for me to link to their website based on the cookie they installed on my laptop. I was only able to link to their website to see refund status either by using another computer or erasing the cookie they had installed on my laptop. Their practice is unethical and making the consumer feel helpless.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
