I cancelled my order on the same day. It's been * days since then I haven't received my refund. They promised it to be * days. I regret shopping at Myntra, horrible experience. if we compare it with Flipkart then they are way better and trustworthy. The refund is received there within *-* days and here it's been * days and no update. The customer care and support executives are horrible.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
