I have buy * surya crystal * burner but in which one piece was manufacture issue and when i have connected with gas its started catch fire downwards and i request for replacement but now i want refund then i have called to customer care they said that i have updated that you want refund . On date *nd March **** material was picked up but till date i haven't received my Refund till now customer care executive always saying that till now we have not received you product it is intransit. Please help me to get refund as soon as possible.
