I ordered tshirts worth ***rs they did not dispatched the order instead they initiated a refund in my kwabey wallet, I emailed them asking why I was initiated a refund in kwabey wallet because I paid using upi so it is there duty to refund my amount in UPI, okay still then I placed order using that amount and then I cancelled the order because I want to book other t shirts which came fresh in stock it has been * days since order cancellation but they still have not refunded that amount in wallet let alone upi
