Travelgenio - Refund not received

Due to changing of flight timings by the airlines, I had a word with airlines and Travelgenio customer service. I had cancelled my flight, want to know when will I get my refund as per customer service staff told me I would get ***% amount back. Kindly help. It's been more around ** days since I am trying to get my refund back.
Every week I am sending an email for a refund. But the same response that it will take time.
I want to know how much time it would take, as it's not a less amount. Otherwise, I have to see the other way round to get my money back.
