Sir I bought a television on ** July from Flipkart. After delivery flipkart's installation partner name "JEEVES" send an executive to install my television. After installation they told me to purchase extra * year extended warranty from JEEVES but firstly I refuse but as they are continuously asking me to purchase it I thought its ok and I've paid Rs. *** for * year complete protection plan. On next day when I read the full term & conditions of * year protection plan I found that the * year protection plan starts from the first day of plan taken means when I bought the TV & the very interesting part is for the first year JEEVES is not giving any protection because it is in company warranty that means * Year complete protection plan is not for * years its only for * year after company warranty expired. On the same day I talked with Flipkart Customer care but they told me that protection plan directly purchased from the executive will not be entertained by Flipkart Customer Service I ask him to give me any contact number but they don't have any detail. After this I search JEEVES customer care number from the internet but no contact or any detail is found. Finally I used JEEVES Chatboat & provide all details & select the option to cancel my plan & refund my money the last message I received that wait for * days to refund your amount but this is just a joke. After * days Still I don't received any messages or call from their side finally I put an email regarding the same on **th July. After first reminder mail on **th July they replied "We would like to inform you that we can proceed to refund. Kindly provide your bank details. On the same day I send him my cancelled cheque. On **th July they replied me to wait another * days you will get the refund. I told him that if my refund is not credited within * days I'll file consumer case against you & on **th July I file consumer case. On **th July again I send him a reminder but every time they replied with the same lines that we will get back to you within * days but their * days is still not come. Every time I call the agent he/she is talking the same line * wait for * days wait for * days. I request you to take it serious matter & take action against these type of fraud company & provide me my refund.
