I have taken the extended warranty from Jeeves at the time of my TV installation. I had an issue with LED panel and my TV was taken for the panel replacement. It has been a week, there is no update on this and the guy who picked TV is not answering the calls. It is no where mentioned or not told at the time of purchase that they will take so many days to repair the TV. The guy who picked the TV said it will take ** days and the customer care representative is saying ** days.
