I placed an Order on Smytten worth Rs *** including * paid items and * gift items on **/**/****. The order was prepaid and as soon as the payment was completed I received a message about money being deducted from my account. From that message I realized I have reached my threshold and the current balance is less than the limit so I immediately cancelled the order so as to not get any bank charges. Then I got a message from smytten that my order has been cancelled. A few days later I receive a mail that refund has been processed But I haven't received the refund and its been more than ** days.
