Flipkart - Refund not received

Refund of Rs. **,*** not received in the bank account for Mi A* from Flipkart. The due date provided was **th April ****. Though Flipkart claimed that it had initiated the refund on that date but no transaction is showing in my bank account statement.
My mother had to take half day leave for speaking to the bank manager but the bank clearly stated that no amount was credited on ** April ****. Made at least * calls in a day to Flipkart with waiting time of approximately ** minutes certain times. Uploading pictures of the latest account statement. But no response received.
