We received poor quality mattress which looked old also started giving me back pain. Raised return request on **-**-** however we have not received refund till date.. Everytime we follow up there is no response. Customer care states refund is processed and will take *-* days for * months now… this is complete mental harassment which company is doing…i need my refund and compensation against all the harassment we have been through in my pregnancy
