Mattress Flo Anti-Gravity Mattress_Queen of thickness * inches ordered but the delivered mattress of thickness * inches only.
Customer support is refusing to take back the mattress despite clear video evidence indicating defective/substandard goods of less thickness. Even L* and L* escalation has not helped and the company is creating frivolous demands such as pictures of packaging and packing labels. Such terms and conditions are not mentioned and the company has a *** day no questions asked return policy which they are violating.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
