Anandhi filed complaint against Yolo Bus Service on Nov 1, 2023
On Oct **th, I made a reservation for one seat (Seat no: SL*) on Yolo bus through Abhi bus App, booking reference PNR No: *XZ*QCU*HS*. Unfortunately, shortly after the booking was confirmed, I received a notification indicating that the reservation had been canceled due to a technical glitch. It was informed that a refund would be initiated. Since then, I have patiently waited for the refund to be processed, but to my dismay, I have not received any funds back into my account. It has now been three days since the cancellation, and I tried to contact support not answered and i mailed them for update. I didn't receive any update about my refund.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
