I had proceeded with the booking of a flight ticket through happy easy go but it failed in payment. Thereafter I made the same transaction again and cancelled the previous one. But I haven't received any refund amount till now. When I mailed their support team they have just registered a case with Case Reference ID *************. I need my money back as soon as possible.
