I recharged an amount of *** Rs against recharge on **.*.** which was deducted for service charges mentioning it has been deducted for the technician to solve my issue whereas the technician didn't come. My issue for channels not coming was resolved by the dealers itself so I did not need the technician and I cancelled the complaint. But for that they have deducted my amount as soon I recharged. Please kindly solve the issue. My videocon customer id is ********.
