I have an order from Indus valley website using UPI. After few days I have received a wrong product. I called to the company and asked to return the item and followed the steps instructed by the support executive. After successfully placing the return request, the item was picked from me. It says on the website that refund will be done within * week but it's been * weeks and not received the refund yet. I tried calling customer care but it's either not connecting or automated voice saying "The company is closed for today"
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
