I had booked a complain which ticket no#******** for the refund amount of RS. **.* on the *th March, at Appello pharmacy. I had a transaction of amount ₹ **.** which was deducted from my phonepay wallet and show the transaction was successful but the amount was not credited to the merchant. For that reason, I had to pay the amount by cash. After that, I had booked a complain but still, the problem not solved.
