I had made a kerala water bill payment on phonepay. Amount is transferred.And got transaction successfully.But it didn't reflect to the water authority. I had contacted Phonepay customer service and they told me as it will reflect in * working days. Even after *working days it didn't reflect and still shows bill is in due.Again contacted customer service and they told to fix it in soon.And it's been a month now.Still opening to pay water bill it still shows its in due .Now they didn't reply to the ticket messages and closing the ticket without solving it.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
