I had a flight ticket cancellation done in MakeMyTrip and I didn't receive the refund amount even after ** days. Confirmed with the bank that no refund was sent from the merchant to my account. The support team of MakeMyTrip kept closing all my complaints and tickets raised saying that refund was sent. However, they were unable to send me any refund proof or details when asked repeatedly. Please help. Attached my bank statement.
