Myntra - Refund not received

Kavita Gupta filed complaint against Myntra on Dec 23, 2018

I have returned some product to myntra.They have processed the refund to my bank account. But unfortunately I had my bank account closed before the transaction could take place. I have contacted the bank and have obtained the bank statement that I havent received the refund..
I have contacted myntra several times stating my issue along with my bank statement attached. But they are not refunding the amount.
I want them to credit my myntra account instead of redunding the amount to my bank account which now stands closed...
