Meesho - Refund not received

I have ordered one product from meesho and requested for return. On Nov *th I Received A Call From Ecom Express And I Have Returned My Order From Meesho Order #***********. I Received The Message From Ecom That Return Has Been Picked Up. But It Was Not Updated In Meesho App. Then I contacted meesho customer service and given the details and provided the message that I received. and they replied it will resolve shortly and will refund my money. Whenever i called they said they refund shorrly. Today When I Contacted Them They Said It's Not their Problem and they are not responsible for this incident. And ask me to contact the person who Picked Up The Item. After one and half month they are saying like this. This causes lot of pressure and i mentally disturbed. Finally I called to Ecom express and they have given the AWB no.********** said the item delivered on **th Nov. Again I called to meesho and informed the same even I send the email also. But still no response received.
