Tushar Gogoi filed complaint against Flipkart on Dec 14, 2018
Actually I bought a Timex expedition watch of ₹****(including offer) and
since I was not satisfied with the product so I returned it to flipkart on
**th of Nov. And it was written (on the app) it will refund by **th of Nov.
Again it is updated with the date **th of Nov. Again on **th of Nov they
call(technical support) me and tells that just wait for ** hours and your
refund will be completed... Again when ** hours passed by they said that
wait for ** hours... After ** hours .. today I called customer executive
and they tells me that wait for another * days from... today. Isn't it
disgusting... And do you think your technical team is working hard? Don't
you think they are just waste of money by providing such services... After
all I told customer executive to transfer my call to senior and he provided
me this email... And he told technical support to do as quick as
possible... My word is that ... I want my refund as quick as possible... from *dec they made me wait for another * days .. after these * days passed they call me and say that wait for ** hours... and after that they say wait for another ** hours... these hours game is going on until today.. actually they were going to refund me with the original payment method (in my mother's account from where I bought this product)And I cannot argue again and again all for my own money. I want them to refund me in **
hours. Thank you.
