First the quality of shoes I had ordered was pathetic. The material was chipped off and heels were dented. I had requested for return, consequently the product reached its warehouse and refund was initiated on *th October but it still hasn't been credited to my account. I have mailed customer care countless times. Nothing is happening.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
