Had placed my order on *.*.**** and due to sizing issues i wanted to exchange the product but as you do not have exchange policy i had to return the product. Order was reverse picked up on *.*.****.
Till date i am waiting for my refund to be initiated. I have called up customer care atleast ** times . Sometimes they say due to some technical issues refund was not processed and now they have done the same. Today i called up and again the person is saying that due to some technical error refund was not generated by the finance department and now again i have to wait for another week to get my refund back.
As a customer i am really disappointed by Aurelia's services and i promise i will never shop from them ever again.
I want my money back today only as i wanted to shop for navratri but due to Aurelia i will not get a chance to wear new clothes for my special day.
Just hate Aurelia and there team.
